A clear photo showing the product is unopened and unused.

Once verified, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Please note:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are still in transit or delayed by shipping carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

Refunds will not be issued based on perceived effectiveness or personal experience with the product.

Exclusions

Subscription Terms & Cancellation

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum of one billing cycle.
Subscriptions cannot be canceled immediately after purchase or within the first month.
After the initial billing cycle, you may request cancellation at any time via the customer portal or by contacting our support team.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for refund.


European Union Orders

For EU customers, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personal or intimate-use products due to hygiene reasons. However, our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial still applies.
